Does Vroom Scoop® clean the entire yard?
Vroom Scoop® will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round?
Yes! Vroom Scoop® provides dog waste removal services year-round at all of our locations. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
At Vroom Scoop®, your safety — and your dog’s — is our top priority. To keep every yard sanitary and secure, we disinfect all equipment and footwear with a kennel-grade cleaner between each visit to prevent the spread of germs. We also take a photo of your closed gate after every service, so you can trust your pets are safe. Plus, all our team members undergo background checks for your peace of mind.
How much does it cost to hire a professional pooper scooper?
Vroom Scoop® offers pooper scooper service plans starting at just $60 per month. Final pricing depends on your yard size, how often you’d like service, and the number of dogs. Most of our clients typically pay between $95 and $135 each month.
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. In Salt Lake City, we will take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it with Waste Management.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love working with dogs! We just ask that if your dog has shown any signs of aggression, you keep them indoors during your scheduled cleaning. The safety of our team is a top priority. If a dog shows aggressive behavior toward our crew, we may require that they be kept inside during visits — or in some cases, we may need to remove the home from our service route.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
No, we don’t provide exact arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we’ll always do our best to work with your schedule, our routes are optimized the night before based on drive times to keep things efficient and costs low.
