After you sign up, a Vroom Scoop representative will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the entire process.

All billing is processed on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once autopay is active, Vroom Scoop will generate your invoice and email you a receipt. You can also view all billing records in your customer portal. If payment isn’t received before your first cleaning of the month, your service will be paused and removed from the schedule.

Once you sign up, a Vroom Scoop rep will reach out to schedule your first cleanup and walk you through the process.
3. Set Up Customer Portal
After signup, you’ll receive a login to your customer portal where you can manage service, view records, and make updates.
4. Attach Payment Method
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month. Add a payment method to activate auto-pay and receive monthly receipts by email.
